We'll host the Chakra Reading with Crystals group reading session at 6:45pm - 7:15pm! What should you expect? We'll do a chakra meditation that covers all seven energy centers of the body. Chakras are energy centers in the body that align with psychological, spiritual, and emotional parts of ourselves. You'll then select a crystal that will give you more insights on which chakra you need to pay attention to. For example, if you choose the stone associated with the throat chakra, that means you need to focus on communication, expression, and manifestation. Are you saying what you want to say? Is your truth being heard?
