How I Started Astrology Team Building Workshops
I started doing astrology readings two years ago. I never thought I'd become an astrologer / intuitive. With this new part of my identity, I've really worked hard to release the part of me that cares about what other people think.
For a long time, I wondered... "Could I create workshops for my corporate clients and would they like them?" I felt a lot of friction and fear, but I decided to just follow my intuition and do it.
Last summer, I piloted an astrology workshop for team building. It focused on how to better self-care to prevent burnout. I got great feedback and the opportunity to conduct this style of workshop for a larger group - 40 people.
This year, I've expanded my corporate astrology workshops to also include discover your leadership style, improve communication, and astrology forecasts to understand upcoming challenges/opportunities. I've done sessions for Nike, Neuehouse, Help Scout, and more (!!!).
Most people have NO astrology knowledge and leave the session with more understanding of themselves and their coworkers. With each workshop, I'm told people had fun and honestly are surprised by how much they relate to their astrology. People are also great at guessing other people's astrology! So these workshops are also exercises in intuition activation.
I honestly love doing them so much. Last week, I got this message from a client, "It definitely helped us get a better sense of each of our strengths and how we make a well-rounded team. I’m hoping we gained some astrology believers today :)"
It's a fun way to bring together hybrid teams, practice critical thinking, learn about each other in a different way, and have fun.
