It's Your Come-Up Season

Can you feel it? There's a buzz in the air and things are beginning to move faster. 

Before I started this work, I never understood language like the sentence above. But as I reconnected to my body and my intuition, I began to feel more clearly. I started to feel the natural shifts and flows of energy from season to season - collectively and individually.

I invite you this week to take time to reconnect with yourself as we welcome in the Spring Equinox, Aries season, and a New Moon in Aries.

Another dose of what we need not what we want is about to come in hot and this new moon gives us a taste of what it will be like.

Notice what you're being drawn to. What new things do you want to start? 

Aries energy is all about leading and living boldly. I've been telling everyone that if you embrace this energy, it's going to be your come up season. Everything you've been working hard for will be amplified and rewarded.
