As I was joining my friend Emily's (@passionbased) group coaching call this morning, I realized this. And it's something I've known for a while. When I'm having fun, things fall into place.
I currently have a lot on my plate. It's all things that feel very good but it's a bit much to manage at times. Time and time again, I realize how I feel really makes the difference. When I'm feeling stressed out about all the things I have to do, the list starts to feel longer and longer.
Procrastination sets in and I keep waiting for the right moment when inspiration will hit. Like writing this newsletter!
So I've decided to reframe the things that are on my to-do list to be things I want to do and have fun doing them.
