Why does this Week Feel so Intense?

We're in eclipse season now which means the Universe is serving up some hard truths and lessons. 

For those with Aries and Libra Sun, Moon, Rising, and/or North Node placements, you're having an intense identity crisis. Probably questioning who you are and everything about your life. Take a few breaths and know it's all going to be ok. 

For the rest of us, we're still exploring the same themes of self, identity, relationships, worthiness, and how and where to give but it doesn't feel as much of an attack. 

Something that's come up for me is why do I spend time explaining myself and proving I deserve time/space/attention/etc.? Why do I go to places that require me to do this? When there are so many more opportunities to be fully received and seen.

It's easy to get stuck in these narratives that isolate us but when we reframe our situation, we begin to see new possibilities and that we are enough. 

The New Moon Solar Eclipse is coming up on April 21st. It will be an opportunity to amplify the intentions you set for last month's new moon and release a part of yourself that needs to be let go. 

Take time to understand where and how you've been neglecting yourself. Make a promise to yourself to take up more space and share your authentic self. I have two podcast episodes here to help you understand more!

Oh, and Mercury Retrograde starts this week as well. Be sure to take care of yourself as this can cause disruptions in technology, communication, and travel.
