How to Thrive During Social Distancing 4/2 *Virtual*

Your external world reflects your internal world. With less distractions because of social distancing, what's coming up for you? Are you feeling claustrophobic, isolated, content with being alone, productive, lazy, or all of the above?

We'll touch upon how to better cope with social isolation by showing that the mind is plastic - it's moldable and while you cannot control what's happening around you, you can control your reactions and your feelings. We'll cover tolerance skills, boundary setting, stress management, and more.

Now with social distancing, we understand that many of you have a roomate, partner, or family member also sharing the same space. How do you deal with the new dynamics of always being at home? How do you prevent cabin fever and arguments from happening? We'll discuss techniques to use and more to navigate these dynamics.

After this workshop, you'll feel even better equipped with how to handle when you're having a bad day with yourself and/or others. You'll have lots of new tools to help you through this process, allowing you to come out of this experience healthy and happy.

Joseph Nucci, psychotherapist and coach, will lead us in this session.
